I have been with BestInvest for c 20 years and previously would have rated excellant BUT transfer of funds from Fidelity and Cofunds to BestInvest platform which commenced in Jan 2013 has taken far too long and there have been many mistakes. I am concerned that the benefit of all investments under one banner has not yet been achieved and at present have no confidence that I will not have to perform a full reconciliation to check the accuracy.
