this co. service was poor, I had hard booked on internet, and easy to wrong.

when I found i booked wrong time for backing to Edmonton, this co. service people asked me added $200, and let me waitingfor long time.

Product: The layover time from arrival in Toronto from Winnipeg did not allow enough time to connect to our flight to a US destination and then on to Panama City as booked by Flight Hub. We spent almost 24 hours at Toronto's Pierson Airport with no help at all from Flight Hub. Your Flight Hub representative I spoke with then hung up on me.

I cancelled a flight and paid $75 to put my money towards another vacation, I wasn't informed is has to be a domestic flight now when I try to use that money I cannot put it towards a vacation south, I was told all I had to do was pay the differance

Product: I was rebooked on an inconvenient flight. I called Flighthub to adjust (as directed by the airline) and I have yet to receive quality service. I asked for a supervisor to call me back - NO ONE HAS CALLED! This is a terrible experience and adds unnecessary stress to my vacation. I will never use FlightHub again.

Service rating : I missed my return flight - and have been trying to get in touch with someone at FlightHub via telephone with no luck. FlightHub was no help whatsoever. Ended up purchasing a new ticket altogether with Orbitz.

Tonight about one hour I was on the phone talking to a lady named Kay (sign # 3107KM) from your company. I asked her to resume my canceled ticket going on 1/13/104 and returning on 1/25/2015. The airline owes me $1120.53. The price of a new ticket for 1/13/2014 to 1/25/2015 and return is lower than the money the airline owes me ($1120.53). But she said I have to pay $655.24. Please let me know why I should pay an extra $655.24.

Service rating : I appreciate the promos and cheaper fare prices FlightHub offers.
Product: There was an error in the time of landing in Toronto on June 5, it should have been 2:20pm (local and Toronto time) and not 3:50pm (NL time). This actually made me panic bec I thought there was a chance that I would miss my connecting flight to Vancouver which was at 4:30pm. I believe flight information with different time zones should be really looked upon more carefully. Thank you.

Service rating : Never, never again and also advising all my friends, family, co-workers and everyone I ever talk to.
This organization should be forced to close down and not mistreat people the way they do.
Product: Firstly staff talk with very poor english, have no idea of the geography of Canada, put you on hold for hours and then cut you off and do not call back even though they ask for your phone number beforehand, make reservations with imaginery flights and then cannot correct the itinerary and ask you to contact the airlines and the airlines in turn send you back to booking agent and the stress commences. I have not received emails of flight changes back in May and Sept (as one airline told me they should have), then I find out on my own three weeks before travel only to get extremely frustrated....spent hours upon hours on the phone with Flight Hub people (probably 12 in total over the past week and a half and a total of 18 hours, yes, that many hours and I still do not feel comfortable with the itinerary they "never" did email me but I got off United Airlines website as I do not believe this will actually go thru once I get to the airport and attempt to travel. I am a senior and all this stress and aggravation is not good for my health (it wouldn't be good for anyone's health) God help me get thru this ordeal.

While your staff was very friendly you need to change your website.Please do not have a place to select seats when it is meaningless. For our family vacation we ended up all sitting in different parts of the plane. You should just direct the consumer to contact the airlines directly.
