This is the 2nd time I have used Lily's. The 1st time they were spot on in all aspects of my order. This time I had to ring because of a typo in the message I had requested. Also, I asked for the flowers to be delivered for a 10.30 a.m. QLD time funeral and was surprised to see an email asking me to confirm if it was for a 9.30 or 8.30 funeral. However, all managed to be correct on the day and I was told the flowers were lovely.
