Very good, but next time, dont ring the person getting flowers, and tell them they're getting flowers. Ruined the surprise completely.

So very sorry that this has happened we do from time to time call to be sure there is someone home so we don't have to leave the flowers outside. Although we usually ask if this is ok first. I am sorry if this caused to ruin the surprise. I will remind the staff to please ask the customer first.
