Where to begin? wrong flowers delivered on the wrong day appalling service, not to be used again.

Thank you for your recent feedback we will be using this to better improve out service and our product. It was brought to our attention that these were delivered on the wrong day therefore we spoke to you and redid the flowers with what you wanted on the next day. Thank you for allowing us to rectify this for you by sending out new flowers the next day.
