Lily's florist guarantees same day delivery on the website. I called hours before the cut off but received a call at approx 4:30pm letting me know that they cannot be delivered on that day. I wasn't offered a discount or an apology for their failure to deliver. As I had to call the reciepient for their whereabouts the following day to where the flowers could be delivered, the surprise was ruined. The day was also significant which I requested them to be delivered. Don't 'Guarantee' same day delivery if you can't. I would have contacted another florist.
