As per the website delivery was advised to be around 2.30pm. At approximately 4pm I tried calling, several times, to confirm delivery had been made. When I was unable to get through I was advised to email. I sent an email - no reply. I didn't even receive a confirmation of delivery, all I got was a very plain receipt when I placed the order. I ordered the flowers at 9.30am and they weren't received until approximately 6.30pm.
I had never used you before and unfortunately won't be using you again.
