It was hard to leave all the details in the web ordering system. There was no room for delivery or other instructions, only had the options of picking a date for delivery rather than next couple of days or ASAP and the message field accepted all the input but didn't let me know that the message was too long (partly because I used the field for instructions to the florist). The follow up phone call sorted everything out, after we sorted out that the next day was perfectly acceptable for deliver and I was very happy with how it was carried out.
