I ordered online so I didn't see the product, just hope it was more sensitively delivered than the service. The billing was prompt!

| I rang to order flowers for a funeral which I was unable to attend as I am both disabled and interstate. They did not know the names of local funeral directors and I had to look it up myself and call them back, there was no word of sympathy and the matter of fact tone was so off-putting that I couldn't articulate more than my name as a message. Very upsetting. If they only deal with happy times perhaps they should not sell wreaths? Given I had to ring back I spoke to two people with much the same attitude. Not an enjoyable experience at the best of times but one made more difficult by total insensitivity
