was told a day after the flowers were supposed to arrive that natives weren't avilable. so have no idea when the recipient ended up with.

| Flowers didn't arrive on time. Had to ask recipients whether the flowers came despite checking scheduled delivery, very awkward because the flowers were not for a happy occasion. because. Had to chase twice for them to eventually be delivered.
Was only informed a day after the flowers were supposed to arrive that they were out of season, and what I ordered wasn't available (despite two other conversations in the days leading up). Staff rude and annoyed by my call.
Sent a complaint email afterwards, nobody even acknowledged it.
