Item was unable to be delivered. Was charged in full, but was then told that they could not deliver. Have not yet received any refund after 13 days.

| After going to a website that indicated that Lilys was in Colac, Victoria, and placing an order on the evening of 23/12/15, I received a voicemail message the next afternoon to say that they cannot deliver before Xmas. I had specifically gone to a local florist to make sure that they could get the flowers there on time.
Then, after requesting a refund 13 days ago, I have had no correspondence from them, or seen any refund. Was reluctant to leave negative feedback, but it seems that some companies only listen to customers if feedback is left.
Will not be doing business with Lilys again, as they appear to be untrustworthy & engaging in deceptive advertising. $67 down.
