The goods delivered remotely mirrored the pictured product on the website.
Delivery of good such as flowers are a great way to send a personal touch when not being near a loved one. To then see the photo uploaded onto facebook being nowhere near a full bouquet of flowers was very disappointing. I used the chat service on the website and requested a phone call to discuss with no contact.
Very disappointed with this experience.
