A very sparse bunch was received and contained 4 roses the rest carnations! After complaining the Manager has stated we will receive a 75% refund. The refund is welcomed but I will not be purchasing flowers again through Lily's Florist.

| The flowers were not delivered on time despite claims that they would be delivered the next day before 5pm. The flowers turned up the following day at 12.45pm after making 7 phone calls to establish where and when they would be delivered.
