Unknown. In the end the recipient did advise the flowers had been received, but gave no feedback on the quality of the arrangement or the delivery service.

| The delivery did not happen and I did not know about it until I followed up with the recipient. When I called to follow up with Lily's the response was only marginally better than "couldn't really care less". It would have been nice to have the order upsized or a partial refund in recognition of the lack of service.
